I was looking forward to using Weiyun as my primary cloud storage and Tencent is a reputable and well-run internet company. However, Im shocked and I cant understand why a simple task like uploading my video files in MP4 format cannot be done. I re-tried over a week but still cant. I did not bother to try other formats because I think MP4 is a general enough, there is no reason to exclude this format. Disappointed.

The speed to upload pic is very slow, and the worst thing is cannot upload any kind of videos!

Video upload was supported back in last Halloween, and then it was disabled, which makes the 10TB storage useless.

how can i change the language of the app ??
